It seemed written to fit the album, ala "Come Out and Play," Anthrax rarely have title tracks, so it almost sounded like what you'd expect on a concept album. I thought it was a cool, catchy track.
TD, it's weird that you mentioned Twisted Sister with this song, because I thought it sounded like it would fit in on Twisted's "You can't stop rock n roll" album.

this from extreme radio:
"It is on again tonight from 6pm - 9pm and looking at the schedule the interview with Anthrax should be on roughly around 8pm."

Anthrax wear their influences on their sleeves, and if you look at the last few years since Volume 8: The Threat Is Real came out, Anthrax hooked up w/ Dee Snider for a cover of AC/DC's "Walk All Over You," covered TS's "Destroyer" for a TS Tribute album, and opened for TS at New York Steel, so maybe when Charlie was writing the music for this one, he had TS in his head. Two people have thought of Twisted when they heard this, so who knows???
