Good settings are welcome Diabolic... I also wanted to get the extra Model Packs for 5150, Überschall, Powerball and Diezel VH-4 models, but after 300 dollars, I sure don't want to spend an extra 100...

I got the metal pack for mine, but ain't used any of the models in it for anything serious yet. I found a lot of the metal pack models just fizzy. Weirdly, I liked the 5150 model better than most in there. But I don't rate actual 5150s - odd, no?
My advice (worth nothing) is get used to using the stock models in the Pod xt, and buy the extras if you feel you need them.

I love the model pack, although I am using the stock Mesa C+ model atm (just like the real thing it sounds brutal with a finely tuned EQ)
