The sound quality could be better, but there's only so much a person can do with a small digicam. Regardless, I'm glad someone captured this on film! Or... .wmv file. Whichever.

Also, in case all 5 of Kat-V's fans aren't aware, demo samples are up on the Myspace. www.myspace.com/katagoryv

how many Kat V threads do we need....I think we are almost closing in on "what bands do we want for the next ProgPower now" thread.

I have flashbacks to the cover of Manowar's "Into Glory Ride" after seeing this video...way to much man flesh. Kat V would go over great in Boystown in Chicago.

Thanks to eppst1 and Orfanos! I appreciate the kind words. That song is a real bitch to sing! I still want to kick Dustin for picking it. At any rate, I'm glad you checked it out and actually commented on the performance, as opposed to some folks on this forum who are more preoccupied with my, er, fashion choices.

Stay metal. Never rust.
Albert

Al - I am brutally honest with ANYTHING relating to music.

Your lack of shirt was a major distraction. Just being honest.

Sorry, but dudes with average physiques should leave the shirt ON.

Trying to sing a tune originally performed by Midnight is like fighting a monster! Al, you really did a good job. The whole band was great covering a classic song and makes me eager to listen the new Katagory V album.

As for the fashion choices, it's something that I don't care for. Think that my all time favourite heavy metal band is Manowar and you can understand that. :D

Yeah, fashion does not matter to me either.
In Manowar's case, their lack of clothing is part of the gimmick / image / whatever......

I have never seen Al perform live, so I really don't know. Maybe he always performs sans shirt, and it's his thing or whatever. I certainly hope Jose kept his shirt on at Bavmorda gigs!!!! But if he didn't, he would lose that "dryer sheet" scent that accompanies him where ever he goes!
