Kayo Dot in Montreal

According to the Casa Del Popolo website (http://www.liftticketsystem.com/events/casadelpopolo/2010-11), where Kayo Dot is slated to perform on November 8th, there is another show booked, some band called Violens.
So, is this double booked, or are Kayo Dot playing with them? Hope this isn't a double booking headache for the band...

ugh double booking suuuxxx. I hope it's just a case of one opening for the other, not double booking.

I remember one time when Triac came to NYC for some shitty double-booked CMJ show and there ended up being like 6 japanese indie bands and 6 grind bands sharing the same bill until 3am, when the bar threw everyone out after Triac had played like 2 1-minute songs.

It was probably a double booking problem, but it looks like it got solved

Killer. The wife has given me leave from our 5 month old to go to the show, although since it's all ages... maybe I should bring them? Yeah, maybe not.

Yeah, my first time seeing a show there. Twas a pretty cool venue, decent sound and a really nice beer selection (if you're into local micro-brews). Kayo Dot put on a great show, as always!
