KD does Texas

Do you mean they were going to CiCi's as in the discount pizza chain? I hope not. God that place is awful. I can't imagine it being an improvement over the St. Louis pizza in any way.

Hahaha, pizza two days this week it seems. Oh well, I'm ordering them tomorrow and picking them up on the way there. I'm ordering from some chain pizza store so there will be no garlic/spinich/delicious vegan delights sadly. I might try to get a pizza with just bell peppers, sauce, mushrooms, and some other vegetables, though the spicy curry potatoes will probably be made as well.

the rice comment was in st. louis. not that i'm proud of that in any form. she came back to the table totally stunned and we were all 'wtg do you say to that?'
and i warned them about Imo's pizza before they went in. there isn't much in st. louis in the way of good fast food- lots of crappy chains. tons of good restaurants, and there was definitely better stuff nearby, but they wanted pizza.

1) first, they were like "i'll just grab a slice" and i had to explain that wasn't how they did things there. you buy the whole pie.
2) i explained how shitty it was beforehand and they were still ready to try it. and it's expensive too, like $15. that gets you a stuffed pizza in chicago! i wash my hands of the whole thing.

the rice comment was a bonus slap in the face from Imo's i guess. although the KD folks were indeed appreciative of the red plastic cups and video games. and the bert and ernie firetruck ride mia took the film of. sorry STL was the big BLACK EYE of mia's tour. i think the Imo's staff knew the band was from boston, and the stunned cardinals fans were still nursing wounds.

Yeah, the CiCi's pizzas I've been to are definitely not: a) clean in any way or b) delicious in any sense of the word. I'm not even sure you could really classify what they sell as "pizza." Not that I really expect a lot, considering the price. I suppose if I were eating on a budget and I really didn't care about quality, I might consider going to CiCi's, but not when there are better options around. However, I don't usually go out to eat on a budget of under 15 bucks, so the issue doesn't really come up that often.

I remember anti-chair being cool and funny from previous posts, so I knew right away that he was joking.

ps: stop talking about pizza. It's like the only thing I miss about America.

and being able to see cool shows like Kayo Dot.

I delivered pizza when I turned eighteen in HS and then again last summer on before sophomore year. You can make stupid good money and while it can be stressful you drive around listening to music... pretty bad ass job. Not to mention (almost) all the free pizza you can eat. I don't care if people say they get tired of eating Domino's everyday or that Domino's is crap pizza. It's free... and delicious.

I'll pretty much eat anything pizza.

I've found 2 places here that make decent pizza, and one that makes pizza that's almost American, but it's never quite the same.

Maybe it's the touch of the blacks that's missing.

also, we are stopping at cici's tomorrow. "HI! Welcome to CEeeeee Ceeeeees!"

Chicago pizza is delicious. I don't know if I'm just brainwashed or what, but I found it to be fantastic. It was almost 2 inches thick and filled with cheese. I was only able to eat two slices.
ok, chicago pizza is the best. yes. oh yes.
Girodano's, Edwardo's, Gino's East, Carmen's, Lou Malnati's, even Uno's and Due's downtown- all amazing. i need to make a stuffed pizza NOW.
