Finnish guitar virtuoso/songwriter, Jarno Keskinen, of prog metal bands Kenziner and Virtuocity, recently passed away at 52 years of age.
Leviathan Records shared the following message:
“We recently learned the sad news of the passing of Jarno Keskinen. He was the brilliant guitarist/composer of the bands Kenziner and Virtuocity. Leviathan Records released his first two Kenziner albums: 1998’s Timescape and 1999’s The Prophecies. He went on to records quite a few additional Kenziner and Virtuocity albums on different labels. Jarno was an amazing songwriter and wrote some very intricate musical sections on those two releases that made his music standout. The world has lost a great talent. Rest in peace.”
