Kerrang has always been terrible, Scuzz was good when it started up, but now is shite.

I don't give a shit. They can fellate the popular hard rock bands all they want, for it is their right. It's just too bad that any breed of informed metalhead will die off if magazines like Metal Maniacs or Terrorizer ever stop publishing.

Kerrang was immense when it first came out - if you idiots had any sort of clue you'd know that. They covered the best bands of the time, with cover stories on bands like AC/DC and WASP. To suggest they were always a "pop" magazine is way off the mark. Once upon a time, Kerrang was a fucking great mag.

It's a big pile of pop shite now though.

I have no idea what Scuzz is, but it's pretty obvious from the name (scuzz?) it's not going to be much good.

Don't read them. I have no respect for Kerrang and I've never heard of Scuzz. Guitar World is decent every once in a while, their tabs are good, but they fellate NWOAHM too much.
