Kom was born in the brain of mastermind Duncan sometimes in 2002 with the intention to create something unique and special in todays stagnating music scene. Well, thats not something very unique but imagine a combination of Death-, and Black Metal with some kind of Nu Metal. Sounds interesting?
The first album Demonspeed Metalstorm was released through Italian based Pulsar Light Records in 2004 but because of the lack of promotion the album don´t get that much attention and will soon be a collectors item. The music on this album was straight forward metal without compromises. Sadly it suffers from a bad sound also...
In 2005 a split EP with the Spanish band Daemonlord got released through Ashen Productions from Austria in cooperation with german Nocturnal Empire Records as a limited edition of 500 copies. The review for this piece of vinyl were overwhelming all over the world.
In October 2005, the second album got recorded with a new drummer and it´s ready to hit the streets like a bulldozer! Killer power-riffs meet some hell of melodies, spiced with the harsh voice of Duncan in a perfect fitting sound! This album got to be a preventive strike for to get the world ready for the third album, which got to be the final unity of Nu Metal, old fashioned Heavy/Thrash/Death and even Black Metal!
