Killer Melbourne gig September 3

Arrive. Train to city (maybe? i dont know my way around melb haha)...go to gig...drink water...crash at somebodys house...train back to airport...back to bris.

There is no train to the airport in Melbourne, it's out in woop-woop!! There's fuck all public transport out in that area, it's all freeways and factories and paddocks lol. There are buses from the airport to the city though that would be pretty fast just takin the freeway. 30 minutes or so.

You could've crashed at my place except usually I don't actually go home. I just stay in the city until the next morning then get a train home, or crash at a friend's place.

It's a snap to catch the bus from the airport to Spencer St Station and then a train out to Richmond. The Corner Hotel is right by Richmond Station.


Someone jeer Voyager for me haha. They're more comedy act than metal band, but as I guess most of you have never seen them before, make sure to get their early and catch them as they are VERY entertaining!

I'll be staying at the Victoria Hotel, just around the corner from Back In The Day. Nice place.. under $90 a night. Has cheaper rooms with shared facilities too.

I think the most I've ever paid for accommodation is $25 for a Paris hostel.

Promises to be a good evening, and at this stage I've got nothing on. Depends when St Kilda plays in the finals though; likely to be that night or the night before. If the bands I want to see are on late I'll be able to do both though. Cool, I could meet another couple of MD people I haven't met before.
