Knives

They can't prove you have a disorder unless you've been locked up for one. And they can't use it against you if you're getting successful treatment for it if you DO have it. Seems a waste to me to ask, because you'll either lie or be recovering. :)

Even with the license though it's still unlawful to carry in a number of types of places. As well as any place with signs posted against it. Which pretty much means everywhere :loco:

So why bother getting a carry license then if every business says you can't carry it there? (Or carry a reeeally tiny gun in your pocket, which defeats the point of having one at all.)

I agree. Knives for everyone, guns for hunting and staying at home! (Have to do that here anyway, silly California.)

Working on that, but not a legal carry. Blades have to be under so big, I believe. And tiny axes would make me say "awww" before I felt in danger.

*gets attacked with mini-axe*

"Aww, how cute, it almost broke the skin!"

There was a law passed in AZ that was very bizarre. Much like you were mentioning Cara, most businesses and public places have a ban on firearms, so even if you have a concealed carry permit, you can't legally have it on you. However, the aforementioned law rules that in the event a person had to use a firearm in a life-or-death defense situation (and was carrying it legally otherwise), that no penalties would be incurred for having carried said weapon onto the premise where it was restricted. WTF?

Ha, turns out through a loophole in California law, there's no limit to folding knife size as long as it isn't spring assisted or switch blade. Awesome.

I'll not go beyond 4". Too ungainly after that. I don't do anything that gives then the right to frisk me anyway. :)
