L.O.G Mark IV settings?

I own both a MarkIV and a Dual Recto and I would have to say that a Mark IV is much tighter in comparison...but hey that's just me.

The MarkIV is a very midrangy amp, it's the foundation of it's overall sound. Some love it, some hate it. I love mine. It is true though, you have to use the graphic in conjunction with the pots...you can't try to find a great tone by pots alone. Or with graphic EQ alone either...it's gotta be kinda like a give and take typ eof deal. And even then you still have to fuck with it after it's been recorded to make it sit in any heavy mix. For lighter stuff than metal it works really well, can get some huge sounds out of it...or at least I have.

The Mark IV has the tightest gain i ever heard. compared to rectos.
