I know that sucks, I wanted to see Demon of the fall, The Moor, Forest of October, April Etheral and many others, Although the DVD still owns, Any thing with Opeth in it = *thumbs up*
To get more into it, I think it was Candlelight that wouldn't let them use material from their first 3 albums.
And by the way, Koch is a US distributor. Opeth is really signed to Music for Nations (UK label). I have no idea why on Lamentations they couldn't play anything from Still Life, because that was on Peaceville and I believe that Peaceville and Music for Nations are owned by the same people (or atleast maybe at one time they were).
Anyway Opeth need to find a way to make a live dvd with a lot of the old material!
