Laney GH100TI

I just bought a Laney GH100TI head and matching GS412LA cab.

Before asking the one question I got, I need to know if anyone here owns one or has any experience with them, since it's a particular question.

On your other thread I told you about a band I'm recording, well the guitarist is a good friend of mine and I've used his GH100R for live use before (and home use for around 3 months). What is it exactly that you were wondering about?

Well, the difference between the GH100L and the GH100TI is that mine comes with 2 switches, Bright and Bass.

Problem is that the BASS switch seems to do little or no effect at all, while the Bright one does. I need to know if the Bass switch is suppossed to produce a dramatic effect (as the Bright one) or maybe is very subtle. I don't wanna take my brand new head to a tech yet but well, I need to know. Also, I play with a Gibson V with EMG's (81 bridge, 85 neck) and I tune down to a C. I dunno if that got anything to do.
