Latency on recording MIDI for notation

Hey guys
Do any of you work with notation softwares such as GVOX Encore or Finale ? I'm having a strange problem with latency when recording MIDI in those softwares, problem I don't have while recording into Reaper. I have a Delta 1010LT and my Keyboard is VERY old, but I rec'ed all the tracks for my bands demo with it without any latency problems.
Any ideas please ?

Man, I'm using ASIO4ALL or M-Audio drivers.It works fine inside Reaper, the issue is just with Encore and Finale. Thanks.
