Hey Six - I've also been looking for this book for a while, it's been out in the UK for monthes. However today I found a copy at Borders (for $15.00) so it looks like it is now out in the US. If you have a Borders close to you try there, if you've not ordered it on the net that is.

just as some lemmy trivia for you sixxswine,he was born in a place called herne bay in kent,england if i remember rightly.its just down the road from me.him and most of the other guys from hawkwind lived around here at some point.i think micheal moorcock still does.doesnt help you with the book however.sorry.
