Have you ever actually had the real thing? I'm not talking about some New York chain or something that claims to have "Chicago style". I mean the real deal, Gino's or Giordano's etc. Everytime we have visitors from out of town, we treat them to it and they are forever changed.

Though I have never had chicago pizza, I would put my favorite Connecticut pizza places up against ANY NY or Chicago pie.

I'm sure they would do just fine.

i worked in a pizza place ages ago and made a really bad ass pizza one time. it'll sound weird but it kicked ass. it had: pepperoni, small cut up cubes of ham and salami, black olives, and i think there was one more thing.. either those yellow hot peppers or chedder cheese... i forget... but it kicked ass.
