So what is the best movie EVER?
In this state of mind I´d say it is Shining. The Jack Nicholson version of course.

But what about The Green Mile? that would´ve been my second choice.
Windom Pearl said:Shining and The Green Mile are the only good movie versions of Stepen King stuff. But luckily they're not just good but great. I really loved The Green Mile-movie. Which also might be the only King I've ever read
The best movie ever is Dragnet. By choice.
Well, alright then. We're even.lumitalvi said:well... it think they all came from TV in here a little of time ago but I did not have the interest to watch them.

Blah, I cried even in the end of LOTR1 !The Green Mile is the only movie which has made me cry in a movie theatre. The part where they fry the French guy... That idiot Percy ruins everything and doesn´t even wet the spunge!!!!
Right. The Groundhog Day. (Päiväni murmelina.) Actually I change my previous statement. That's the best movie ever. Cause Dragnet actually is total bollocksAlso lot of Bill Murray-films rule. Like Haamujen kosto (???) !!

That said, I'd like to give the following statement: The Green Mile, Hana-bi, Amélie, Matrix, Saving Private Ryan and all Star Wars movies suck ass big time. Thank you.
The only movie I (remember that I've) cried while watching was Grave of the Fireflies. And I cry again every time I watch it.
But honestly, best movie ever is Hercules in New York.
Lolita Vampiriá said:I refuse to answer. There isn't such a thing called the best movie ever! For anyone who has interest in films and watch movies as a hobby, this is a stupid and lame question.
But guys, go ahead. Make you lists. Mine would be too long.
Sophie's choice makes me cry. The mother (Meryl Steep) is sent to the concentration camp with her two children, a boy and a girl. The German officer comes to her and makes her choose which one of her children she will let go. She is forced to make her choice otherwise she will lose both of her children. It is so horrifying and devastating scene that even thinking about it makes me cry.Horza said:The only movie I (remember that I've) cried while watching was Grave of the Fireflies.
