Live Equation Question

Question for anybody who may know. It just occurred to me by now that Live Equation should be out. I went on Pagan's Mind's website and it says it's out, and there's a link for US and Europe versions and when I hit "US" it just brings me to the main page of Amazon and can't find it anywhere. Does anybody know if this has indeed been finished and released, and where to get it?
