Live sound???

Hey guys..I got a gig doing sound for an acoustic band..but i dont have much experience with live sound in general..bit here bit there..Any generel tips or guidelines???
Heres the instrument list

2 Violins
1 guitar
1 bouzouki
2 vocals

(not very metal i know but work is work)

all using DI's (except vox)....

Engage the highpass filter and roll lows off of almost everything to clean up the sound. There's not much there that's gonna need lows below 100-200hz. This works especially well on vocals, if they're muddy, cut some mids and lows first before even touching the highs.

I've done live sound with a violin player before. It's very dynamic, and I'm guessing the bouzouki will be too, so your probably gonna have to ride those faders most of the time.
