Logic 9 flex time problem

So, i am trying to edit some drums i recorded using multiple tempos. I've using flex all the time for editing drums and i has been working great until now. On those specific tracks, when i enable FLEX, the tracks appears shortened and quicker, like i i changed the tempo - the bass track however, sounds nice and stays at the original tempo. Did i find a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Btw, I can reproduce this on both 10.6 and 10.5.8.

i was having this problem sometimes before I updated to 9.02 (maybe even 9.01). which version are you runnng?
