Why the hell couldn't they include "Demon.." on the DVD? To turn off the cameras so that they could include that in the show is just stupid!

Yeah, but the first review of this show I read, somebody said the cameras were still rolling during Demon. I think it would be cool if Demon was on the DVD as easter egg.
Well... I've been thinking, what if they put out Demon Of The Fall on the net for free or something
