long shot: does anyone know of a good swedish bagpipes virtual instrument?

Lover of all boobage.
I'm going to sound like a noob but what the heck makes a swedish bagpipe different from a scottish bagpipe? Google confused me.
And:
Do you have Kontakt? There has to be something on the cheaper side right?

I only know of Uilleann pipes which are included in some samplelibraries (cinesamples cinewinds, east west ra, ethno world, bela d media celtic winds). The only one that is declared as "swedish säckpipa" is from soundbytes but i'm not sure if its sample based..it sounds even more fake to me than all the others do already 
I didn't hear a real good bagpipe sampler yet. the hard thing with it are the articulations. its not that easy to program them like you can with strings and that. and when you only use a "legato" sound bagpipe sample it just sounds like a synthesizer...
