I urge you to support local producers, fair pricers and fair-trade imports. That way you never feel like you've just been raped by the intrusive nature of mass-market grocery shopping and are helping to ensure cyclical process that allows small producers to flourish and the mass market, mass produced shit that we all eat to eventually be financially unsupportable.
