It's old school (early maybe later 90s), most likely European, from Scandinavia but I honestly can't remember and they may well be American or otherwise. As far as I can remember, they released only a few albums, maybe only one. The album I'm thinking of is notable for having a very melancholic, depressive sound, with sad, brooding passages. Not much focus on heaviness. Much like a death metal equivalent of DSBM.
The album cover had a mostly dark blue color scheme with some yellow. If I remember correctly, it was a night time outdoor scene featuring a tree, probably late Autumn/early Winter, with sort of an elven figure in it. Fear of the Dark or Nattens Madrigal vibes maybe, that sort of aesthetic and art style.
I believe this is there only album, but there may have been a few more. I just know it was basically like DSDM. I hope someone can help me.
