looking for vst: wav to midi

I'm looking for a programm which does the following: similar to drumagog (which looks for a peak and then inserts a sample) it should "record" the peaks to a midi file. I want to record for example wav based bass drum and "convert" that into midi, so that ez-drummer can play the sample by the midi-notes. is that possible?
