My 2 cents,
Aragorn was a major miscast. I like Viggo but I did not think from the start he was a fitting Aragorn. I don't however discredit his effort as an actor to live up to the role. As far as Viggo himself goes I love his later movies (like A History of Violence) more.
I disliked the way Boromir was treated in the movies and have had a few arguments defending his character with people who had seen the movies but not read the books.
I personally didn't have much of a problem with Hobbit love fests (meaning I didn't perceive them much). They're just good friends
