Machine Gun Effect?

I'm trying to figure out how the producer got the machine gun effect you hear in this song at 3:23, as well as the glitchy effect at 3:32. Is this done with the glitch plugin often mentioned here? If so, is there a particular sound it's being applied to to create that effect?

You can easily do that with the retrigger fx of dBlue´s Glitch.

It's just chopping out a section of audio and then copy/pasting it several times in succession.
