Machine Head´s Descend The Shades of Night

Hi, guys!

I´ve recorded a fragment of Machine Head´s Descend The Shades of Night, an amazing song, and would like you to comment on it.



It was recorded using an Alhambra Jumbo acoustic guitar, with an Audio Technica 4040 pointing to the hole and an AT 4041 to the 12th fret. There are 3 tracks for acoustic guitars.

The LTD H-1007 was recorded using Lepou´s Legion and Lecab and TSE´s 808, directly plugged into my Saffire Pro 40.

Drums are a mix of Metal Foundry and Metal Machine.

Thanks a lot, man! Glad you dig it.

I can´t mic real amps at home, so I use a POD XT Live, and now I´m using these amp sims, which are great. Though in a few days I will be the owner of an Axe FX, so I hope my tone will improve.
