Dave Mustaine a week ago:
At one point he said "Everyone talks about the big 4 of thrash. Well, there was really the big five." (holds up five fingers) "Me, Slayer (thumb and index), Anthrax, Exodus" (pinky, ring, leaving middle finger up) "And Metallica" Audience went nuts, laughing. Then, the guys guys from Exodus came out on stage to sing back-up vocals on "Back in the Day".

Pitriff.com has posted audio portions of a rare interview with Dave Mustaine, recorded in 1984 after the second-ever MEGADETH gig. In the interview, Mustaine is heard saying outlandish things like "We kill SLAYER," "SLAYER are posers," "Kirk Hammett sucks," and much more.
