Madison Divinity II 100 w or Laney GH100L

Ive heard the Madison as I just got off tour with a band that uses them. They sound pretty good. I haven't heard the laney but I've read alot of good things. And from the recordings that I've heard they seem pretty good as well.
Just looking for anyone else's opinions on these amps, so I can decide on what to get.

I've been interested in the Madison amps as well, but haven't really found any raw samples or anything. HAET WORLED.
