Sounds excellent indeed. And yes, there are killer singers involved. First time I hear Magnus himself singing and he's pretty good.

It's too bad he (Magnus) didn't get Jakob Samuel to sing on a track....I really liked the stuff they did together in Midnight Sun.
And Last Tribe was a fantastic band....probably my favorite of the Magnus Karlsson projects.

Well, at least we could be confident the music would be good, as Magnus usually writes all music and most of the lyrics (he did so on the Tony O'Hara and Bob Catley discs at least, as well as the Allen/Lande ones).

I feel the same way. I've got practically everything he's ever done and I love all of it. He does an AOR-ish sound just the way I like it...with lotsa guitar crunch. Stoked about this one.

This disc is great. Russ may only have one song, but this *is* the Russ I want to hear. All of the rest of the vocalists are just icing on the cake.

And I'll be damned if Magnus doesn't have smooth vocals on the songs he sings.
