at the mayhem fest i heard black tide do prowler right at the barrier - except for messing up the middle part the kids shred \m/ then machine head did hallowed which was cool - they put their own licks/harmonies in there or maybe that was just live jive. kicked ass tho

I just listened to the CD. While I love the covers done by Black Tide, Metallica, Coheed and Cambria, Dream Theater and Fightstar, I absolutely hate the ones by Devildriver and Gallows. Also, Sign's version of "Run to the Hills" is a big case of WTF?!? on so many levels. Not as horrid as Devildriver's take on "Wasted Years," but like Jenna said, it's a completely different song using the original's lyrics.

Ok, I tried to get some copies for people today but every single shop that would stock it in my little town has sold out of it. I managed to get a copy for DuckJr but couldn't get one for Linda or Darlene. I'd be willing just to send burnt copies to you guys if you want?

This morning I played "Run To The Hills" by Sign and Remember Tomorro" by Metallica.

C'mon, that is an insult to Iron Maiden, the song is "RUN TO THE HILLS" NOT "SKIP TO THE HILLS, BUT DON'T RUSH"

"Remember Tomorrow" Metallica sure did make that song their own, sounded more like their own shit than Maidens.

Maiden songs are Maiden songs, sing & play them the way their meant to be played, don't change whats right as it will only be wrong..:Smokedev:
