At the risk of being slated beyond all recognition, some of their riffs and some of the vocals are very black metal-esque,
I'm not saying that they are but i can see why somebody may class them as black

I agree to an extent. I ve heard like 10 minute songs with the same riff over and over. It alll depends on who you listen to. I look for melodic content not boring sleepy-time music

Well...it just that I see no comparison to LOG and any kinda black metal. The only comparison I see is that thier both metal,have harsh vocals, and distorted guitar.
