Making a Streaming Online Radio

So I want to create a streaming online radio with various bands I know, kindof to promote the bands that I've recorded/am supporting.

Does anyone know how to do this? How to create an online radio that takes mp3's from a server and plays them at random?

I think you can easily do it with winamp. The only stuff is that it needs a server because the streaming data only allows a regular computer to stream for a few people only.

You can rent some webradios server on the web, like any site, for that purpose, if you wanna go serious in such a project.
