the main riff is nearly the same as in this song..

I'm gonna have to call you wrong.

Not only because Pantera is groove and Nailbomb is punk, but also because;

A. I'm Broken is in C# whereas Sick Life is in Drop D

B. The only reason you may say it sounds 'the same' is because they use the same frets. Not in the same order or anything, but they use the same frets.

C. Different tempo

Don't mean to sound like a dick about it but I don't see any comparison there. Although as I mentioned, with the same frets being used in different parts of both songs I cna understand why you might get that idea to a limited extent. S'all good, I'm just being a guitar nerd
