I don't like to go to metal shows by myself, but in 90% i have no other choice... ((( I am just looking to meet cool people who share my taste in music.
I'd love to go with you.. just a bit far from chicago for a road trip. I will be at the show here on the 29th and the Unholy alliance show on june 13th

What is wrong with AYDY??? I loved that album! I just don't understand why people are bashing this album!!! It is CoB sound 100%!
Metal fans should really be more open-minded! bands DO change their sound once in a while! Some of course completely change in a span of one album...But that's what i like about music! Why would you want to listen to likes of Hatebreeder or Follow the reaper? Imho it get boring very fast!
Unholy Alliance in my opinion would be a total waste of money. 60$ (which it will probably be) to see any band in a huge arena that will have horrible sound is not worth the money, to say the least of the driving time and other bands that are not so good (the other ones besides Slayer and Bodom).

It's impossible to find people to go with. So glad my husband likes the same music I do. 95% of the time its just the two of us going to shows.
2 tix for the Unholy tour cost us just under $100 ($36.50 per ticket and then all those lovely fees We never miss Slayer and the husband is a huge LOG fan. We'd be going even if Bodom wasnt playing (just a nice bonus). The arena they are playing here is small and totally kicks ass.
