March 3 Trivia

hmmmm, that IS interesting! A prime holiday!
Made me think about 06-06-06. Two Halloweens that year! Hell Yeah!
07-07-07 will be the following year for all you jesus freaks.

OY VEY!

Actually, 03-03-03 is my friend's 30th b-day. He turns 30 this year. Of course, if the planets were truly to align, 03-03-03 would be on a Tuesday, the third day of the week. :)

The number of the chicken.

Is that Original or Extra Crispy?
:p

OK, I don't usually tell anyone, but I just hit the year mark again today (3/3)... and since this particular year apparently involves marauding bands of giant chickens terrorizing the populace, you can blame me!
:flame:

For those who don't speak Toast, the above drivel means this day of mini-doom is also my birthday!

The nice waitress at the Chinese buffet even gave me two fortune cookies and kept smiling at me (she didn't know about the bday thing though - no one here does other than the publisher, who sends every employee a birthday card, and my boss - oh and the entire dentist office staff as I had a crown installed today).

Other than that, the sun finally coming out again today (It's been WEEKS since it was out for any length of time), and that trip to Cali a couple of weeks back, the life of Toast has been a series of downers over the last few weeks. I'm definitely looking forward to the warmer weather in the weeks ahead! (checks astronomy websites to make sure no Killer asteroids will mess up the warmer day thing...)
:D

Look what happened.

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. - Good things came in threes for a Florida Panhandle mother.

Samantha Noble gave birth to her third child on Monday, March 3 — that's 3-3-03 — at exactly 3:33 p.m.

Dean Noble weighed in a 7 pounds, 2 ounces. He was 19 inches long.

"When I had my first ultrasound, I remember thinking, 'This better not be triplets,'" his mother said. "The threes have to stop sometime."

She said her husband, Aaron, joked about having the child at 3:33 p.m. when he brought her to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.

"I told him, 'No, I don't want to wait that long,'" she said.

Although baby Dean's two siblings, ages 8 and 3, had complications at birth, he appears to be healthy.

"This is the first time I might be able to leave with a perfectly healthy baby," Samantha Noble said. "Three might be lucky after all."
