made 9v battery test on each speaker , they are in correct polarity
but when i connect the jack to the mono input and make 9v battery test only one speaker move, and the same with the other input
it seems that there is no connection between the 2 inputs, is it normal?
or maybe the left cliff jack is broken inside
any ideas?

ohms are correct
made some test with multimeter:
putted a jack in the mono input and i noticed that the (+) in the mono input (unswitched cliff jack) is connected to (+) of the second input (switched cliff jack)
but the (-) in the mono input isn't connected to the (-) of the second input
so what you think?

Wiring seems correct. I had the same cabinet and made pictures - same wiring.

Just to make sure: you're using a mono speaker cable?

Then try the following: Put the speaker cable into the right jack. Connect to the 16 Ohm output of your amp. Put another cable with a mono connector into the other free jack of the cabinet. Just put it inside and don't connect it to something. How does the speaker sound? You should only hear the right speaker now, otherwhise something's wrong.

Then make the test again, just switch both connectors left/right. Now you should hear the left speaker. How does it sound?

it is the original marshall wiring, so no changes were made

made some multimeter tests in the jack socket:

1 ,2 and 3 are connected
4 and 5 are connected but 5 and 6 aren't connected, 4 and 6 also not connected
so i think that the left cliff jack is broken and i shoul replace it, that's it?
please correct me if i am wrong
