Have you found the 'ol realiable tube's for metal on this one?

=C= 6550/KT88 for the poweramp (you'll have to change some Rs).
I have some old Siemens and Penta in the poweramp of mine (32 years old but working and sounding GREAT)...
when I have to replace them I'll use 7025s (mullard reissue) for v1, TungSol for v2 and SovtekLPS for v3

The mullard in mine sound pretty good in the pre... Not had a chance to change the power

Good question, been too long since I retubed my old JCM800 2204 and I'm clueless as to what to get!
