A Very Sad Day....

Saturday, December 9th, 2006....
Matt Williamson, original bassist for Power of Omens, passed away after his long bout with cancer.

He will definitely be missed, and we wish his wife and family much love and support and our deepest condolences.

Matt was a great person and great friend who also served our country proudly in the Army. He played a key role in the writing proccess of the first Power of Omens cd. Things were never the same when the country called his name and he had to leave. I love you Brutha and I will miss you. You will live on through music forever. Chris SalinasZH

Wow! That really sucks! My condolences to his family, Chris, the rest of the PoO crew, and anyone else who knew him. It truly is scary when people your age are leaving us early! Makes you think!
