Man, this show was a real bust. A few drunken rednecks wandering around, nonchalantly listening to the music. What an energy-burster. I feel sorry for you guys, since you probably went on at like 1:00am. I really wanted to see you guys this time, but I couldn't stick it out that long, and all of us in FoE were feeling pretty unenthused about the show, before and after we played.
The show was in the middle of nowhere, you had to take dirt roads, and yes we went on after 1 am. Thanks for the handful of folks that stuck around. One thing I learned, this was a REAL SHITTY place to have a show.
What's worse is when we were leaving at what, 2AM?, my friend Patrick had a seizure in the car. Since we were out in the middle of nowhere, we couldn't get the ambulence to figure out where we were. So I floored it like 40 miles an hour down that 10 mph dirt road to try and figure out what cross-roads we were at (they didn't know where swat city was). So the ambulence finally showed up and we followed them to the hospital. He was still there when me and my friend left because my other friend's mom picked her up. We didn't know where we were, so we followed her home. I got home at 5AM. Atleast I got to see Vehemence...

Yeah that was us. He's alright Justin, he's home now. He's had seizures before, just not in a long time. He hasn't had one for atleast a year and half because I'm pretty sure he hasn't had one since I've known him. It was the scariest thing in the world though. All of a sudden he just screamed out real loud. His head tipped back, his jaw dropped, his eyes rolled into the back of his head, his arms came up like a raptor, and he was shaking like all hell. He was spitting up spit and puke and all that. It was dripping off the sides of his face and shit. The whole time he's making all these croaking sounds. All of a sudden he just stopped shaking and passed out. Every so now and then he would look up all confused and dazed and start saying "Oh no, no..." and then pass out again. I didn't even know he was epileptic, so I was confused as all hell. He's fine now though.
That's nuts, but I'm glad he's alright. We had some bad luck leaving too, although not anything that serious. Jessica's car just started f-ing up, and I had to follow her all close with our hazard lights on, just in case she broke down.
Yeah Patrick was the guy on stage filming our April 23rd show. That sucks, that must have been a trip, I would have though he was going to explode and spontaneously combust. Is there any cure???? Yeah the show was out in the middle of no where it would have been cooler to have set this show up way earlier, there were more cars than people... that was the weird thing..

holy shit, man that sucks! I saw ambulance too, I didn't know what their purpose was though going down the dirt road... That is unfortunate
Yeah, it really sucked. I guess he hasn't had one in a year and a half, so about a month ago his doctor took him off the medication. Guess it wasn't the best idea. More bad news on it though, while he was spazzing out he dislocated his shoulder. I don't think he even noticed until he was awake more because sometime in the ride to the hospital I could see him clenching his arm with the face of somebody about to get their balls chopped off. His face while having the seizure is just haunting me though, I can't get my mind off of it.
I'm sorry to hear that the show didn't go too well, I was kind of afraid that might be the case. We were supposed to play as well, but we were told that we might need to "tone it down" because it was supposed to be a family event. E.T.T.S. isn't exactly "family entertainment", so we dropped off the bill. I heard Tortus cancelled also.

Yeah, he was spazzing out on her, and she couldn't move becuase if you try to wake somebody up whose having a seizure they can get permanent brain damage. She was crying like all hell, but I guess she kept pretty cool considering it looked like her boyfriend was dying, followed by looking like he Was dead. I figured out why he had the seizure. Ya see, on the way to the show we listened to Helping the World to See and a little of God Was Created (since we got lost). Then we saw you playing live. Then when we were driving back the stereo was off. Ya see, not listening to Vehemence caused this thing. That's the problem with people nowadays, they just don't listen to enough Vehemence...
