Ok Ive just bought a pair for MD421ns (the grey ones) with a third on the way. Ive heard rumour that the pin configuration is different to normal. Can any one confirm this or tell me if they are different to 421IIs at all?

Yep thats the one,thanks, got a lead like this with each mic. Still not to sure from reading the item description if its usual pin configuration and if its not what harm would it do apart from prevent phantom power which is hardly an issue in this case
