Hmm their only hi passed to 90 and if I do a slight low end boost on guitars or sounds muddy and flubby

Could just be the room where you're mic'ing your amp. Do you have any sort of bass traps or other sound treatment in the room?

at some points the snare is getting swallowed, I would sharpen it a little and maybe its too compressed? not sure
