Melodic Hardcore - First Job, First Mix!

Hi guys,

this is the first serious mix of a band i'll record this month,
tell me what you think of it.

i've really problems with the low tuning (drop a#) because everything gets too crunchy and fizzy, but i think the current tone is quite okay?

the guitar tracks are really untight, but yesterday was just a trial recording and we will re-record the guitars

too dark overall imo.

maybe you should try a ts on the guitars.

the guitar tone is quite ok, but the overall mix just has no brilliance, no life, no power.
