Hi everyone, new to recording and mixing, this is a clip of the current song I am working on. I am using Reaper for my program and my equipment consists of a line 6 toneport GX and a bluebird condenser.
I tracked all guitars with Podfarm and bass is DI.
I'm using EZdrummer cymbals with steven slate kick 4Z1 and a random snare I found online somewhere.
I am pretty happy with what I have so far, especially since I am new to this and this is the first legit mix that I've actually put forth a bunch of effort into.
Please listen and tell me what YOU think I should do, add, take out, any and all feedback is appreciated!!
