Sneap edge + Freadman angled -10

sounds nice man, care to share settings?

and also what did you do, duplicate the dry not impulsed track and apply one instance of your convolution plug to each?

and on a side note, i was thinking about it and shouldnt there be no phase issues since the deconvolver software probably cuts everything off till the impulse starts anyway? making each track (reguardless of if the mics were tracked out of phase) in-phase?

I have just bought the toy so I've not found the "perfect tone" :D

Thanks for the kind words, everyone :)

GuitarHack: I've been fiddlin' with these quite a lot now, and dude, I must say these are the friggin' best cab impulses I have tried so far. Very usable stuff, I'll probably be using these a lot in the future! Thanks, and keep it up since you clearly got a thing going on there! :notworthy

Both samples are fine....I probably like the earlier one a little more. I've only had a chance to listen via my crappy multimedia speakers thus far, but the second one has a tad more bottom end.

No need to go nuts....these impulses are great....trust your ears, mate :D

the impulse from guitarhack is awesome! thanx man.
did someone try out putting antares tube in a revalver stack? i use the following stack: antares tube (the devil one) at full drive, then kitty and the guitarhack impulse/between
i use antares instead of the diode from revalver, so to speak.
it sounds so nice. the antares tube really adds a nice flavor to it.
