It's everthing but tight, no clicktrack. Was just fooling around.

Next week i will get an EMG81 in my iceman and lower the tuning.
This was the EC1000 with a JB, and my guitars are both in D.

Also have the Marshall 8100, try to make a few clips with that (low tuning+EMG)

you nailed the metallica black album tone, I LOVE this amp and most of the tones you got out of it would be usable. It doesn't have to be high gain to sound heavy as hell. Quad track that thing and listen to how huge it sounds, and best of all you have the lovely feature of being able to mix tube types

That tone fits the Anthrax/Municipal Waste-style thrash/groove metal style perfectly

Yeah, it's more of a mid-tempo thrash tone.
