There was one, that I can remember, but I don't know the URL any more and I can't seem to find it, if it's still online.

Are you thinking of the blog that collects albums which share the same original art?

Otherwise, places like RateYourMusic, Discogs, and such are probably more reliable/complete sources than anything outside of Metal-Archives.
