false dilemma

you know, you're not smart for pointing out these things, and this isn't a "false dilemma" at all. have you made a single post in the past few months that doesn't underscore your massive superiority complex?

it was an implied false dilemma and i dont have a superiority complex...i respect at least half of you guys but the greys is really a moron

I went to Ankkarock in Korso a few months ago and these guys played a couple of songs. At first I couldn't see the stage so I thought it was a woman singing (or a young girl) and when I got into view I was completely suprised to see these guys ranting and raving up there. I liked it. I think that for their age they have tremendous skill and a good sense of direction. If they keep it up that little dude singing could be another Alexi Laiho... (like we really need that! :p)

WTF? That sounds like feel good rock or something to me haha.

It's good to see kids this young playing and giving it a try, but that videoclip was god awful. The guitars sounded terrible.

not even that late. they can be bad ass in a couple of years.

shit, remember how young the guys in decapitated were when they got signed? they are phenominal.

i'll say it again. its all about the kids. give em the support, whether you think they suck or not, cuz those are the kids who will be pushing the genre in 5 years.

Decapitated is not the first young death metal. People act like death metal bands don't form around 15,16.

i know, but they are a good example because everyone has heard of em.

There is a young band from around where i live called uh...they used to be 7th Plague, now they are Forever in Terror, i think. Anyways they are all about 17 and got signed to metalblade. They will never get anywhere in their carrer, because they are typical metalcore, and will fade out eventually. Sure they can play their instruments, but they are playing a fad musical type. :Puke: on them. No respect. No originality.

Seriously.

And as for those kids on the huge fucking stage: They weren't that good, but as everyone else said, they will be. And they already have massive exposure. Most bands are lucky to have that kind of exposure at age 20 something.
