HEY OLD SCHOOLERS

THE QUESTION IS WHEN DO YOU LISTEN TO METAL AND HOW?

I ALWAYS HAVE HEADHONES ON IN MY DAILY COMMUTE.
I GENTLY HEADBAND WHILE WALKING IN THE STREET
AT MY HOUSE I CAN SLAM AND HEADBANG ALTHOUGH MY SISTER PROBABLY THINKS I LOOK RIDICULOUS.

AND ONE LAST THING, METAL AND VIDEO GAMES: THE PERFECT MIX (IF THE VGAME DOESN'T REQUIRE YOU LISTENING AS PART OF THE GAMEPLAY)

I PLAYED DARIUS 2 (SIDESCROLLING SHOOTER) TO THE TUNES OF DESTRUCTION ADN THE PATTERNING ENEMIES AND FAST LIGHTING FIREPOWER SEEMED TO BE DANCING TO THE SPEEDING BEAT! :headbang:

When I'm going to sleep (tape/CD player next to my bed).
When I'm walking/biking/exercising (walkman).
When I'm driving my car (car tape player).
When I'm at work in my place (small boombox).
When I'm using the computer (either CDs or MP3s).

Sometimes even when I'm taking a long immersion bath :loco:

To and from work or any time I am in the van, I listen to the CD player.
If I am at my PC, I listen to CDs or MP3s with headphones.
Occasionally I will play music on my home system, usually CDs.

in my van at work-i spend most of the day in it so i put a 6 cd interchanger in it to have a good selection.all my kids love the music too so theres usually some playing round the house.it really fucks up my cd collection though-they go everywhere.

Then the question is more likely : when don't you listen to Metal?

When I'm walking/biking/exercising (Discman).
When I'm driving my car (cd player)
When I'm at work in my place (Sony "bass" CD boombox).
When I'm using the computer (CDs)
When I'm at home doing chores(Stereo/boombox)
When I'm waking up in the morning(I got a cd clock & wakes me every morning to "Highway to Hell", how about that shit?!)

Thats cool, I have 3 people in my household who don't like it so it is difficult to find time to crank it up while at home. At least my brother likes it as much as I do.

the one time in my life i went down the gym for a while, about 4 months in all it lasted,i found it boring so i took a discman to go on the running machine with.rather stupidly put demanufacture by fear factory on,tried to run to the beat and nearly had a heart attack.that fitness stuffs just not for me.

If you can believe this...
I was listening to the discman as I shoveled snow this afternoon.
Got me pumped & probably finished the task quicker than I would
have without "metal.":p

very believable, metal is like an f'n drug!

Well, whenever I enter a vehicle Metal is on...no matter what. And about every day at some point or another...or at many points Metal is blasting in my room on my radio. And that pretty much takes up...about most of my time with the exception of when I'm out...unless it's at a conert, of course.

The stereo is always on at home... don't even know why I have a TV anymore.... oh yeah, it's to watch DVD concerts on, forgot there for a minute. :) (and baseball, of course)
